Meet Our Team

Russell is our General Manager and Lead Technician. He has been with the company for more than a decade. He is NFI trained and certified, as well as CCP certified. From services and installations, to fielding inquiries from fellow technicians, to helping out in the showroom and office – Russell does it all! His favorite part of his job is problem solving and his favorite products are high efficiency fireplaces such as the Hearthstone Montgomery or the Napoleon High Country. Russell and his wife, Melissa, have three children. He enjoys building things, 3D printing, and blacksmithing, but his favorite hobby is spending time with his family.
